I'm trying to get back on track after sleeve has lost restriction... and 4 pregnancies with three losses. I went from 280ish to 145ish.... and I'm 240 now. I've been right round 240 since I gave birth 2 years ago...
Dr. Garth has prescribed Contrave.... and going Vegan..
Has anyone else taken the plunge to buck the system and say no to counting protein??

It took me a while to realize this was you.. :( I don't think ya needed to change the avatar... just the name change was probably good enough.. it'll take the google index probably 4-5 days to see the name change... but really, if anyone wanted to just google your previous username they could've..
and the facebook thing only happens on your boards if you want it to..
I don't think it's as bad as it seems like it is at first thought..
BUT.. It does make it an uncomfortable place for a lot of people.. and it opened up the eyes of a lot of people... too.. about how much can be seen just by googling our UserNames..

I went to the concert.. and I found KISS to be MUCH more raunchy and controversial than BuckCherry...

We totally need to meet up and work out sometimes..
I'm doing couch to 5k.. I'm on week 4... but my MIL broke her hip last week.. and we're having a lot of tough discussion stress.. so I've not finished week 4 yet.. and I've been doing it for two weeks.. haha
PM me and we can workout together some days. hubby usually does my non bootcamp days with me...
But I can squeak in another cardio... or something
I'm just now in a place where I can afford to pay for classes again.. I may pick up the pilates later too.

Hey. I started doing my old trainer's bootcamp yesterday... here @ Lifetime Fitness in Willowbrook...
If anyone would like to try it with me.. You're more than welcome. I think you need a Lifetime Membership, but she'd let ya try the initial class for free..
It's M-Th at 6pm... She's an amazing, friendly, but stern trainer... and I'd love to have some other WLS patients there to interact with :) so if any of ya were looking for a new gym or a new routine :) :) :) I'd love to see ya.

We went to ShoGun Steakhouse with friends tonight.. at Vintage Park.. Louetta and 249...
Prices were great.
Portions were big enough to share with a non WLS spouse.
Atmosphere was good.
Food tasted EXCELLENT..

also please take the time to research the VSG as well :)
