Valley Fair Extravaganza

For the benefit of all the newbies, and a reminder for everyone else.....
Keep the date FRIDAY AUGUST 14th set aside, and ask for it off if you can.
Stage 1: Meet at Caribou at the SOUTHWEST STATION in Eden Praire. Park your car in the ramp (see picture below) Meet at 9 AM or just before for your wake up energizer. You will need it.
Stage 2: Carpool to ValleyFair, get there when gates open. Get your ticket in advance for discount (Available at CUB service counter)
Stage 3: Leave ValleyFair at 6 pm. Return to the Southwest Station. Go have dinner in a nearby restaurant:
Stage 4: Head to Staring Lake Amphitheater after dinner for the outdoor movie:
To watch the movie:
Stage 5: Head to Brunswick Zone for the after movie fun (Bowling, darts, pool, games, chit chat, etc)
Stage 6: Head home or to a hotel of your choice.
Come for any or all of the stages....maps provided upon request. A few more reminders will come later. If you know for sure now that you have it on your calendar, reply and let others know. Valley Fair is a great WOW experience, and you can learn from others specifics as to whether you may fit on a particular ride. Even if you don't do rides, you can still come and have fun...or hook up at 6:30 for dinner.

Here are a couple extra maps of the area. If you know where Flying Cloud Airport or Eden Praire Center is, you will be in the right place... 494, 212, 5, and 169 all bleed into EP
Here is the Amphitheater (NOTE to YOURSELF, don't wait for movie night, come to a concert this summer. BTW movie night is FREE as are all the events)
And here is kinda where the Brunswick Zone is for those who may join us for the last part of the night, or if you need help finding it from Staring Lake:

OK, its on my calander too!!! I will have to see what the month of July brings in regards to the whole knee thing though....oh and my heart thingy too....Damm.....this aging stuff is for the birds....LOL
