I've used them when I've run out of the Bariatric Advantage and had to wait for a new shipment. Never had any problems with them, but I do have a pretty high sugar tolerance for having had an RNY.
The Sinai NUT said they were ok as well.

Hey Girl - sorry I dind't post sooner. We were in Disney last week - I fit on every ride without any problems at all. This new life is pretty cool.
Of course it was bitter sweet as my main roller coaster buddy is no longer with us but I'm sure she was watching and having a blast.

Write 'em all down and write down the answers or take someone with you. Nerves make you forget important stuff. A good doctor will not be offended by a patient who wants to fully understand what's going on.
I would think he'd be more curious if you didn't have any questions.

Thank you all for your prayers and support - this was posted on youtube shortly after word spread of my daughter Alex's passing. She's the good looking one in all the pictures.
We didn't even know who made it at the time but we have met the wonderful young lady who created it since then.
It's a beautiful tribute to our daughter who was always dancing and always smiling and we are very grateful to Lauren for creating it.

I'm not sure about tomorrow - most likely not.
I haven't posted anything here about it as this is not really the forum, but last Saturday the 9th, our 16 year old daughter was killed in a car accident. Obviously, weight loss hasn't been my primary focus for the last week or so.
I do wish you all well, and hope you have a productive meeting.

Either sub-lingual or shots are fine. I chose the shots 'cause I'm lazy and only have to do it once a month.
As for swallowing pills - if you have an RNY you can't take them. Or rather, you could take them but they won't do you any good. B-12 is absorbed in the part of your intestine that was removed.

Dr G is da bomb. 4 1/2 months out and no complications at all. He can get a little behind at appointment time so make sure you give yourself extra time. Part of the problem the past few months was that Dr. Li was out but I'm pretty sure she is back so hopefully things have calmed down.

I haven't used the liquid centrum but the orange chewables taste like big baby aspirin to me - takes me back.
Liquid DayQuil is good for colds - no sugar or alcohol.
