My fickle band....stress and pain

So today was VERY stressful.  I won't go into what everything was, but I suddenly I felt such restriction in my chest!  I haven't tried eating since it started, but it's so weird how stress created this. 

I often get more restriction when I'm stressed.  Remember your band is around living tissue that responds to all sorts of conditions

Oh has this been a STRESSFUL day for me too!!!!  And....I had a fill today!  My chest is tight too.  I do notice anytime I am stressed my band feels it.  I try to drink a cup of tea to sooth my band and it usually works.  Good luck!

OH NO!  you had a fill on top of it all?  I'm pretty loose as I've only had one fill and not a lot, but if I had this stress and feeling like this ON TOP OF A FILL...omg, I feel for you . thank you for the tip and take care of yourself!!!

It is so weird, but mine has done that too.  Maybe the band will help us learn to handle stress better too.  lol

im sorry u had a rough day hopefully today is better...i sometime joke about my band being called cybil because she has 23 diff personalitys lol
