Talk to your PCP about a potassium prescription. I supplement with over the counter but mine wasn't below range on my labs. You would do better with a prescription for potassium.

If your ALT is coming in a little high that's normal when you're losing weight so fast. If it stays elevated you could add milk thistle to your supplements to help bring it back in range.

Let's add that 64 PTH (parathyroid) and here's what I think:

Calcium at 9.2 is the right number but you want to look at D3 and PTH to see if that calcium is being taken from you bone. When your D3 is low and your PTH is high, that's a big flashing red light that you really really need to bring your D3 up and increase your calcium citrate. You want your D3 coming in near as you can to 100. If you increase your calcium and bring your D3 up, you should see your PTH settle in around 30 or so.

Iron and ferritin are a little low. You want iron between 80 and 100 and ferritin up between 200 and 300. What iron are you taking now and how much?

B12 is fine being a little high. Keep doing what you're doing there.

Vitamin A is a tiny saggy. How much are you taking and what kind?

Protein is great at 7 but your albumin is a tad low at 3.6. You want it up in the 4's.

IRON is just what is in my multi.-18mg twice daily
A is just what is in my ADEK. amd multi-16,000IU 3xd and 3,500IU 2xd
How do I increase albumin?

What would you increase or decrease at this point?

How about the cholesterol?
