Vitalady (also known as Michelle Curan) had her own weight loss surgery many years ago.  She understands that "our" needs are unique and has spent a decade researching in our behalf.  She and her husband (Don), who also had WLS have devoted their lives to the education and supplementation of post-op friends Internationally.  They have close friends across the Globe and spend a few weeks every summer journeying across the Country visiting and educating.  ...  They host an annual WLS Graduates event on their property in Washington state in which people from all over the world fly and drive in to attend.  She spends a lot of time on the O.H. Graduates forum as well as the [email protected]   (Obesity Surgery Support Group)

I need a potluck dish suggestion to bring

 I have yet to come up with an idea and need some help to jump start my brain

any low carb recipes (google)
sugar free desserts
veggie tray
fruit platter
deli meat rolls of any variety (ham around dill pickle, turkey around asparagus, beef & cheese)

These are sooooo fun cuz you can get some ideas on jazzing up your regular food routine!!
