How to convert your old profile to a new one

In this tutorial we are going to take your "Old Style" profile page and convert it into the new format.

First, sign in if you haven't already.

Login with your username and password.

Click on My OH in the horizontal navigation at the top of the site.

Now, click on the "View Profile" link under your avatar. 

You should see right in the center "Click here to create a new style profile". BEFORE we click on that however, we are going to copy the information directly BELOW that option. Everything above (Surgeon info etc.) will automatically convert itself, we are just copying the entries you have manually entered previously. Highlight the appropriate area and the click "CTRL + C" at the same time to copy (you can also copy and then right to copy).

Follow directions on the example above, once you have copied your entries we will continue below with the next step of pasting them in your new profile.

Now, Click on "Click here to create a new style profile" Once clicked, your new profile will emerge! We then want to click on "Edit" next to the box named "My Story" as in the view below.

We will now Paste in the entries of your old profile. Left-click at top of editing box. This should bring up a blinking line. Now, right click and select paste.

Follow instructions in the example above. Once done, it will paste in your information from your Old Profile page as in example below.

Click "Save" and it will be added to your new profile page.

Now, Let's make this profile your "Default page" where from now on, this will be your permanent profile page. Click on "Customize Profile" in the top-left right above your avatar picture.

This will bring up an alert like the one pictured below stating that you can make your new profile permanent. Click on "Make this profile default" and that will make it where the New Profile you have converted over permanent. After you have clicked that you will be prompted again with an alert box stating "Are you sure you want this to be your default profile?". As long as you are happy with that idea go ahead and click yes. You should log-out and then login again to make sure changes take effect.
