    I have been a resident of Phoenix, Arizona since my Dad retired from the USAF in 1962. I have four grown children, and two young granddaughters. I have a Rottweiler named Einstein, and four kitties. My four children are grown and out of the nest! I enjoy nature and have been kayaking with killer whales and have spent time in Tonga, snorkeling with humpback whale mothers and their calves.

    I had a fairly good experiance in the office, but the testing center could use bigger chairs! not as comfortable as I would have liked.

    A wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Maxwell did a great job putting me at ease. I highly recommend seeing her for your Bariatric needs.

    Dr. Maxwell was incredible. How anyone could ever think she is rude is beyond me. We talked for over an hour and she even showed me some websites to find out calories and how to do a nutrition chart and printed out some stuff for More...
