    At Complete Care Coaching, we help modify the behaviours that are getting in the way of the healthy life you want. We work with you in a variety of settings including your home, workplace, local gym, and at the Integrative Health Institute. Our philosophy is not to look at fitness, nutrition and lifestyle in isolation but rather evaluate whole lifestyles. We educate and transform the lives of people through proven methods, compassion and tough love. We believe that our own continuing education is a must. Our team is focused on improving our personal training and coaching skills to teach based on cutting edge research.  Armed with new knowledge, our clients work smarter and fit healthy living into their life.
