    Great cuz it is one a day but post op, I am just barely able to gag it down. Turns chalky, frothy in the mouth for me and the taste becomes so tart. I will be switching after these run out.

    It is great that is in all one chewable a day but I just can't get it down without gagging. These chalky chewable vitamins just don't cut it for me unfortunately.

    I was able to give up 2 chewable multi-vitamins, 1 B-12, and 1 Iron tab and just take 1 chewable tablet from Opurity. It contains everything (and more) that the other 4 tabs had. I also like that they guarantee no products from China as More...
