I had done Atkins for years before wls and one thing is I missed orange juice. I adore this drink. It is very much like a cross between orange juice and Sunny Delite. It really has a fabulous flavor, and I'm not an orange drink flavored fan. The one caveat I have though is that for some reason sometimes it gives me diarrhea. I don't do the whole dumping scene with it, but I do get immediate results otherwise. Someone else mentioned to me they did this when they drank it too fast. This might be with me too as I did do it quickly. Just a fair warning. :o)
