Armando C. Soto, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a board-certified plastic surgeon with a large and varied experience in advanced techniques for enhancement and reconstruction of the breast and body - including body contouring for extreme weight loss. He is Board Certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons, and is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the clinical faculty of The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr. Soto is equally comfortable in the management and performance of all aspects of facial aesthetic surgery as well, from skin care and injectables such as Botox, Restylane, and Juvederm, to facelifts, browlifts, and blepharoplasty (eyelid lift surgery).
