Dr. Larry Lickstein, Plastic Surgeon Larry Lickstein, MD, FACS is a Harvard trained board-certified plastic surgeon bringing his surgical expertise and extensive experience in the latest advances in cosmetic surgery to the team at Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute in Manassas and Fairfax, Virginia. He completed his residency at Harvard Medical School in Boston where he was appointed Chief Resident. He received his fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
