James Michael Houston brings a wealth of both knowledge and experience to Texas Bariatric Specialists. Having upheld American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence standards and government guidelines at multiple hospitals concurrently in the New Jersey/New York region, Houston has maintained and exceeded expectations at every level of bariatric hospital management. Houston has managed post-operative bariatric patients from nearly every facet of aftercare and patient management. In addition to this work, he has also maintained and developed bariatric databases and extensive concierge services for bariatric patients that streamlined an extensive array of surgical testing.
