  • About Me

I am a certified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, a certified personal trainer, radical self-care advocate, an obesity survivor, a bariatric patient, and a nutrition nerd. Since 2017, I’ve been working with clients to help them define their own version of “healthy.”

I have been on my own journey to wellness which led me down this path. I had gastric bypass surgery in July 2016 which kick started my desire to learn more about nutrition and wellness.

Healthy is not a number on the scale or a specific size. It’s about more than the nutrition on your plate. How we nourish ourselves off the plate is just as important. Let me help shape your definition of healthy.

    More about me

I’ve been on my own health journey for a while. I had gastric bypass surgery in July 2016 which kicked off my desire to learn more about nutrition and wellness and led me to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

I received my certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in May 2018, followed by my Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification in Sports & Exercise Nutrition in June 2018. In May 2020, I added personal trainer to my resume by completing the National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer program.

I’m committed to succeeding in finding and maintaining balance in all areas of my life: health and wellness, nutrition, exercise, relationships, career, and spiritual well-being.

l share bits of my story: struggles with obesity, challenges with medical conditions, the stress of providing care for an elderly parent, managing depression and anxiety, and building self-confidence through various self-care practices.

I’ve been there. I get it. I understand. I’m here for you.

As your coach, I put the power in your hands There is no one size fits all for health, so my approach is customized for every client.
