Kristy Severson Nurse Practioner (NP)

Kristy is a bariatric nurse practitioner, who joined the practice from Duluth, MN. She has over six years of experience as an advanced practice nurse working in bariatric surgery. Kristy obtained her Master’s Degree from The College of St Scholastica in Duluth, MN in 2006 as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She began working at Essentia Health in Duluth, MN as a Bariatric Program Coordinator. In 2011, she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate and began assisting in surgery, in addition to her coordinator role. She is also a registered nurse in the Air National Guard. Kristy is passionate about providing holistic care to patients and helping them achieve a new state of health.
