Allyson Mast Dietitian / Nutritionist MS, RDN, CD

Ally Mast, MS, RDN, CD is part of the Goshen Physicians Center for Weight Reduction team and specializes in the area of medical nutrition therapy. She received her bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition from Bluffton University and completed her internship and received her master’s degree in Food Consumer Sciences from Lamar University. She obtained the Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Ally counsels patients before and after surgery, conducts weight management classes, and leads support groups. Nutritional care includes providing personalized education, meal plans, healthy recipes, and motivational counseling.

Ally focuses on being a good listener and providing counseling that is individualized. “I believe in eating whole foods, moderation in everything, and encourage the practice of mindfulness in eating to create an enjoyable and healthful experience.
