Nathaniel Lytle Bariatric Surgeon

Dr. Nathaniel Lytle is a bariatric surgeon who specializes in solid organ surgery, complex hernia repairs, and the treatment of diseases of the esophagus and stomach.   Dr. Lytle received his MD from the University of Texas in San Antonio, and then completed his residency at the University of Tennessee and a fellowship at the Emory University School of Medicine, in Atlanta. He is board certified in general surgery, a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, a member of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Medical Association. Dr Lytle brings experience in several of the most innovative and effective surgical procedures in the treatment of acid reflux, including cholecystectomy, complex abdominal hernia repairs and esophagus surgery, and the Linx® Reflux System.   Dr. Lytle also provides bariatric operative care, including adjustable gastric banding, the gastric sleeve and bypass, and non-surgical gastric balloons. Dr. Lytle’s specialization includes robotic surgery, single-site surgery, solid organ procedures and thyroid/ parathyroid surgery.   He strives to provide the highest quality of care for each patient he sees.
