At Advanced Surgical & Bariatrics, we strive to provide support for patients beyond the physical. While bariatric surgery can be the first step of your weight loss journey, and a huge step at that, weight loss depends largely on your ability to make lifestyle changes. Support groups can be a valuable aid in reaching your health goals, and Advanced Surgical & Bariatrics is pleased to now offer virtual monthly support groups. Join us on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7 PM where we’ll cover a variety of topics, including staying physically and mentally healthy in these trying times, what to do when you reach a weight-loss plateau, how to rid your lifestyle of bad habits, and more! Our support groups are open to all members of the community. Please note that these support groups are virtual, and will be held via GoToMeeting. Please register at the link below and the meeting ID will be sent via email 2-3 days prior to the support group.
