    DR. DAVIDSON I HAD LAPBAND IN SALT LAKE UT. AND AT FIRST I LOST WEIGHT. BUT NOW I AM BACK UP TO 260 IS THERE ANYWAY POSS. THAT MEDICAID,AN MEDICARE WILL PAY FOR GASTRIC BYPASS CAN U HELP ME WITH THIS PLEASE
