Bariatric Surgery in Washington with Dr. Landers With one operation, we cure more disease than any other field of medicine and surgery. The patients that we follow-up with, they’re the happiest patient population you’ll ever see. They’ve got their lives back, they can move, they lose 15 to 60 thousand dollars worth of prescription medicines a year, they can get on the floor with their grandkids, they can fit in airplane seats and rollercoasters, and it just changes their whole perspective on life. My favorite part of the job is interacting with the patient and seeing the transformation and how just a cloud is lifted off them when they are healthy and have lost their excess weight. - Dr. Landers As a highly-skilled Bariatric Surgeon specializing in the treatment of obesity through minimally invasive surgery, Dr. Jeffrey Landers performs Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass (RNY), Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG), Biliopancreatic Diversion with Duodenal Switch (BPD/DS), Weight Loss Surgery Revisions, and Gastric Band Removals, Fills, and Unfills. He also performs numerous General Surgery procedures with extensive experience in Hiatal Hernia management and Achalasia Surgery. With exceptional results and care, Dr. Landers has established the only Five Star Healthgrades Bariatric Surgery Center in Washington and his complication rates have been in the lowest percentiles for the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence Site Visit Reports for the last decade.
