At each support group meeting we will be discussing topics such as, portions, reading labels, exercise, supplements, etc. We will also have guest speakers coming in periodically. Everyone is invited...regardless if you have had surgery or not. We also open the doors to those that have had their procedure at another facility. We are all here to help each other reach our healthy weight goals and maintain those goals!
