Obesity & Me

Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.

I started this journey at 600 pounds as life as i know was slowing down i was angry at everyone i was so in dark place in life with no where to go , i was push too the side many times which pushed me to go the other way , the last time i could even think about was i was buying food in a store and a child with there parents pointed at me and said dad that man is fat ,needless too say the parent never said anything too the child...

What was (is) the worst thing about being overweight?

i was alone most of the time as i used food too help me get thru , but as i soon figured out now its just a now thing and it never did much for my body is i used it too help me get thru my troubles too fight for a respect as a very heavy person , so i guess the worst part was not being able too get the help i needed and wanted

If you have had weight loss surgery already, what things do you most enjoy doing now that you weren't able to do before?

i so live life too the fullest , with nothing too lose as i want too help and meet every single person because we are not alone
