What was (is) the worst thing about being overweight?

Being sick all the time always having to take another pill for a new diagnosis having no energy and just not liking the person I was becoming I was killing myself with food and I had to make a decision to take control of my life and health I want to live and I want to be healthy and a example to my children, family, friends and anyone else that I can help on this journey that food does not have to control you that we have to learn to live our best lives and be the best people that we can be that is Gods plan for us so I'm taking back the control of my life and health for me!
