I just keep on eatitng till my nephew as me get get on a run at park and they told me thaT i COULD NOT RIDE THE RIDE

Tring to sleep and the way other treade me

Walking with out haveing to stop every 5 min

Sbout 12 years ago the bother told me about it I was going to have it done tehm but my ins. would not cove it

Describe your experience with getting insurance approval for surgery. What advice, if any, do you have for other people in this stage?

I have every little problems the office staff at the dortoer office was great

What was your first visit with your surgeon like? How can people get the most out of this meeting?

It was great he put everything on the line and made you ask question

What made you finally decide to have the surgery?

I was strarting to have problems with my legs

How did you decide which proceedure to have?

I wieghed all the option and for me it was the best thing

What fears did you have about having complications or even dying from from the surgery, and what would you tell other people having the same fears now?

I new thing could go wrong but If I did not have the surgery I would problenly die

How did your family and friends react to your decision? Would you have communicated anything differently if you could now? How supportive were they after your surgery?

They were behind me all the way

How did your employer/supervisor react to your decision? What did you tell him/her? How long were you out of work?

they also were be hind me and I was out 3 weeks

What was your stay in the hospital like? How long where you there? What things are most important to bring?

Thje stay in the hospital was great the staff was unbleable I was there 3 days

Did you have any complications from the surgery? If so, how did you deal with them?

I did get and infection in one of the incention but they gave me anabyopect

In the weeks after you got your surgery date, how did you feel? How did you cope with any anxiety you might have felt?

I could not wait till the date I just keep buzz

Describe your first few weeks home from the hospital. What should people expect from this period?

Bordem and Not tatse in foood

How far did you travel to have your surgery? (If far, how did this affect your aftercare?)

Please describe in detail what things you could and couldn't eat in the weeks and months following surgery. What foods have been off limits? Please explain how your dietary tolerance changed week-by-week, and then month-by-month since surgery.

at this time I am on soft food but need to which anything that has greace in it

What was your actvity level in the days and weeks after surgery?

It was move after surgery then it was befor and each day I can do even more

What vitamins and/or dietary supplements have you taken since your surgery?

B-12 Iron-18 Fred Flintsone complete and calcuim

What side effects (nausea, vomiting, sleep disturbace, dumping, hair loss etc.) were worse for you? For how long after surgery did they persist? How did you cope with them?

At this point I do get nausea and vomiting but not all the time

What was the worst part about the entire bariatric surgery process?

leaning how to eat the right things

What aftercare support group/program do you have? How helpful/important is this?

we have a post group the meat once a month and it is inprtant to be with people how have had the same problems thast you are haveing

What is your scar like? Is this what you expected?

you can not even see them

Do you notice people treating you any differently now?

All the time they walk up the you and say things like I can see it in you face how much waight have you lose
