Fluids a must, follow plan, prepare an incline sleeping arrangement in bed and wear soft shoes

Followed the program to a "T" went on OH for food advise. diet started to change 4 mos out. fluids, proteins, carbs awareness

back to gym in 3 wks. back to work activities in 2 wks

What vitamins and/or dietary supplements have you taken since your surgery?

Multi's x 2, iron, D, cal citrate 1200mg, c 500mg

What aftercare support group/program do you have? How helpful/important is this?
