Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.

BEFORE KNOWING ABOUT THE SURGERY I THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER LOSS THE WEIGHT. I HAD USE ALL DIETS AND NEVER WORK . MAYBE I WOULD LOSE SOME ABOUT 10 OR 15 POUNDS AND THEN GAIN IT ALL BACK. DEPRESSED , MAD AT THE WORLD AND DID OR COULD NOT ENJOY MY KIDS.

What was (is) the worst thing about being overweight?

THE WORST THING ABOUT BEING OVERWEIGHT IS THE FEELING OF BEING TRAPPED. WHEN I SAY TRAPPED , I MEAN FEELING LIKE A SKINNY GIRL IN AFAT GIR'S BODY.NOT BEING ABLE TO BE THERE FOR MY OLDEST SON . FEELING GROSSED OUT ABOUT MY BODY.

If you have had weight loss surgery already, what things do you most enjoy doing now that you weren't able to do before?

What made you finally decide to have the surgery?

MY KIDS AND ME WANTING TO LIVE TO SEE MY KIDS GROW UP.

How did you decide which proceedure to have?

I FIGURE THAT I WANTED TO LOSS WEIGHT FAST AND THEY BOTH HAD COMPLICATIONS.

What fears did you have about having complications or even dying from from the surgery, and what would you tell other people having the same fears now?
