Obesity & Me

Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.

I was very young when I started having kids, my weight was 105 when I found out I was going to have my first child. My weight went up from there. I tried everything to lose weight but nothing worked. I gained 50 pounds with my first child, 62 with my second and my third I had complacations so I did lose 40 with her. I weighed in at around 180 by this time and could not lose anything. I tried weight watchers, diet pills ,the works. About 5 years ago two of my family members had Gastric Bypass surgrey and talked to me about it.
