Do not stand at my grave and weep, "I am not there, I do not sleep." I am thousand winds that blow; "I am the diamond glints on the snow, "I am the sunlight on ripened grains; "I am the gentle autumn's rain. "When you awake in the morning's hush, "I am the swift uplifting rush "Of the quiet birds in circled flight. "I am the soft star that shines at night." Do not stand at my grave and cry. "I am not there; I did not die AuthorUnknown- kristi

TO JIM'S FAMILY: I understand from reading the message board just now, that Jim is no longer w/ us. It sounds as if Jim fought a long, hard battle. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. May Jim's soul rest in peace.

I just fot the following e-mail from Jim and thought I'd pass it along to all of you. "From: "Jim Myers" <[email protected]> To: Steve Bunch Date: Tuesday - May 2, 2000 12:02 AM Subject: Re: Surgery update Dear Shar Sorry to hear about Alex. I hope he is doing better. I am at home, but pretty much bed bound. The docs thought I might have a blood clot, so they ordered me to bed. Now I have a little atrophy and I am working with physical therapy to get back to my feet. I haven't been real active in the chat room because using the computer from bed is not much fun. Besides, most of what I am doing right now is not related to the weight loss surgery. As far as the weight loss surgery goes, I am considerably lighter than I was. I haven't weighed in in a while, and to be perfectly honest, I don't think about weight loss much. I have some open wounds and other medical woes not related to the weight loss surgery, that occupy my thoughts. when I get passed that I will concentrate more on getting skinny. Anyway, thanks for your concern and I am sure I will talk to you on the site later... jim

Jim, Hi remember me we chatted the morning you were going to the hospital and neither of us could sleep. I have been praying and thinking about you. I am glad to hear everything went well. I am so proud of you and hope you have a speedy recovery. The days ahead will he hard and I am sure with pain. But remember this is the best gift you can give your self and your family. This is truly the first days of the rest of your life. Enjoy them and they will mean so much more for you now. Good luck. Dianna
