Question:
Do They Make A Sugar Free Yoplait Yogurt???

im searching everywhere do they make it?? if i eat the regular one will i dump?? Is there any sugar free yogurt out there or is Arizona the only place that doesnt have it?    — [Deactivated Member] (posted on July 23, 2001)

I don't think Yoplait makes a sugar free yogurt. I haven't seen it here in Michigan anyway. After surgery, I was told by my dietician to buy Yoplait Light, because it's light in sugar and won't cause you to dump. I was also told to just get the kind without pieces, like Amaretto Cheesecake, Boston Cream Pie, and Caramel Apple for the first 3 weeks, so it doesn't harm your pouch. Hope this helps.

They make yoplait "light" yogurt which has fructose in it and you can have that.

Debra-Don't know about Yoplait, but Blue Bunny, if you can get it in your area, makes a fat free/sugar free yougurt that is terrific! I buy mine at the Super Wal-Mart here in Missouri.
