Question:
A WAY TO SAVE GOOD IDEAS FOUND HERE
Just wanted to say, I keep a "NOTE PAD" file on the desk top of my computer, and any time I see a good recipe, suggestions for protein shakes, an interesting topic, websites, or suggestions in general, I simply cut and paste it into my Note Pad file, and save it. I just know all this valuable info. will come in handy when I am post op. That way I'll have it right at my finger tips when it comes to that time. (I'm pre-op, will be completing my 26 weeks in Sept. Cigna has upheld my 2nd level appeal pending the completion of my diet) This webiste is AMAZING, as always. — [Deactivated Member] (posted on August 23, 2003)

Go Girl! I have done the same, as I researched this surgery 6 months prior
to having it. I had a book full of valuable information for those that went
before me.
You sound so ready for this journey! I wish you the best!

I do the same thing with a word document on my computer... I now have close
to 20pages of tips, hints, funny stories to brighten my day, etc. It's a
great site, isn't it??

Hi, I think this is a great website too. I have basically been doing the
same thing - I have printed off everything that I think will be of use to
me and have it in a couple notebooks to refer back to - depending on
subject matter. My appt. with my surgeon is Sept. 11th so I want to be
prepared when I finally get my date. Thanks everyone for sharing all your
experiences.
