One of my favorite recipes is to take a veggie burger and grill it on the george foreman grill. After the veggie burger is cooked place it on a cookie sheet. Spoon marinara sauce all over the burger and cover it with grated mozzerella. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees. I call it a pizza burger. You can fool around with different toppings also. Good luck Alison 14 months post op -167lbs

hiya! i have a lot of good recipes on my site at: http://www.geocities.com/katebme2002 i use Jarrows Iso Rich Soy Protein powder added to a lot of my cooking to just "pump up" the protein content...this soy protein powder is made to not denature in extreme temperatures like whey protein can. also you can go to websites like: www.allrecipes.com and www.recipezaar.com and search "high protein" and then tailor them to suit wls needs (sub higher fat content foods for lower fat..) hope this helps {{hugs}} kate
