Question:
Are my WL goals realistic?
I am two months post op and I am down to 241, and the weight loss is really slowing down. But my goal weight is 140 lbs. the lightest I've ever weighed was 152 lbs when I was in high school. Is there anyone else that has similar stats and what did you get down to after everything was said and done? And what diet and exercise regimen did you have? Thank you so much. =) — Monette L. I started at 251 and am down to 185 in 5 months. What was you starting
weight? My doctor told me anything from 10-15 pounds a month is what he is
looking for. I'm sure you know everyone slowes at different rates. I can
tell you it is getting harder for me to lose now, but still losing.

Hi! Looking at your profile, It looks like you started around 290 lbs. and
are 5'8 ? I'm the same height and started at 287lbs. I'm 8 1/2 mos. out and
weigh in at 159 lbs. thats 128 lbs. forever gone!! I too am hoping to see
135 lbs. but would be happy at 145. After all I've been through with the
WLS I want to get as thin as I can.....lol..My weight loss has slowed down,
I'm losing 5-6 lbs a month, but I'll take it, I know that my weight loss
has been VERY good and probibly somewhat unusual! But your goals, I think
are GREAT and ACHIEVABLE! Do it girl!
