Question:
I am 15 mths post op 4-12-01 lost 137 nothing in the last 2 months I had a tummy tuck

2-14-02. My new stomach has never been flat it was slightly rounded like a 4 month pregnant woman. That I can live with but the last few weeks I have noticed on one side of my stomach I have a large softball size knot. I'm not sure if it is a hernia or built up scar tissue. It is right next to my new belly button. It is really bothering me and can now be seen beneath my clothes. My problem is my surgeon has left the area and is no longer available. I guess I have a few questions. I'm concerned if my insurance would pay to repair this if it is a result of my tummytuck and has anyone else ever had this problem.    — susan V.
