I honestly think your body's just taking a break. I had lost about 170
lbs. as of January 2002 and then my body just rested until March. In
March, I lost another 7 lbs. My body is plateauing again now, but I am
confident I will slowly shed the rest of my excess weight over the next 12
months or so. It's a matter of calories in vs. calories burned. If you're
burning more than you're eating, you WILL lose. That's just the law of
physics.

Check your mechanics. Are you transected? Or is there a chance of staple
line disruption? How big was your pouch to start? Where is it now? How many
meals of what size do you eat in a day? How much water? How many protein
shakes do you get in a day? Do you still read labels & watch the sugar
g in every bite that goes in? I always think there is a chance to kick off
the plateau by nourishing and hydrating. Fool your body into thinking it
is filthy rich in everything it needs, so it will feel free to spend those
calories again, and not save them for a rainy day.

DOnt forget also that if you limit your calories too much your body will
adjust to that. So maybe increasing to 1200 and exercising an extra amount
might boost that metabolism again. Just a thought. Good luck
