Any support groups in Chgo. west suburbs open to candidates before surgery?

hi there im not sure exactly where you are located but i just heard of a support group in ottawa il thats for pre op and post op next one is march 12 7 pm e mail me if interested [email protected] goodluck to you :)

We have a support group open to all who are interested in WLS,pre or post op. We meet in Arlington Heights on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7 pm. Please e-mail me at [email protected] for specific details.

I know of 3 different ones. There is one at Good Samariatan Hospital in Downers Grove once a month don't know what day though. There is one in Gurnee the first Tuesday of every month. Their schedule is on the website www.gurneesupport.com and the one i go to is in Evanston at St Francis Hospital the last Thursday of every month 7-9. They are all open to pre ops, post ops, family and friends.

There is a WLS support Group at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood - meets every second Wednesday evening of the month at 5:00PM.
