I like to use Cyberdiet.com. They have the nutritional break down of most
any food.

I really like the book, The Protein Counter by Annette B. Natow and Jo-Ann
Heslin. I got it at Barnes and Noble for 6.99. I really like it because
it is a good size and fits right in my purse. It has common foods like
chicken but also has values for restaurants as well. It goes with me
everywhere! Several people I have reccommended it too, loved it as well.
Good Luck! Amy

There are also several books that you can buy (under $10) that lists almost
everything (protein, fats, carbs, calories) Its a great help that I have
with me always. MJ

I use www.fitday.com. It is free and you can add your own custom foods to
your database.
