No, I go 2 or 3 days, must be because we eat so little. I crry immodium
because day 3 can become diarrea with cramps.

Consider yourself lucky! I'm 10 weeks out and usually go 4 days between
and thats with some Metamucil help. Just depends on what you are eating
and how much. Good luck!

10/26 That is the one thing that is very different from my pre surgery
days. I used to have 2-3 bm's per day (or at least 1), and now I also go
anywhere from 1-3 days. I guess my body has re-regulated itself. I don't
feel uncomfortable, it's just different. Maybe due to the small amts of
food we eat our body readjusts to a different time table.

I had the duodenal switch so I don't have an irregularity problem. I used
to be constipated all the time before surgery, now I go every
morning--sometimes twice in a morning. It's great and I feel wonderful.

I think if you're drinking LOTS of water it helps with the BMs. When I
drink tons of water I am regular; when I don't I'll go for days without
one. Then one day I'll get cramps and sit on the "throne" for a
long time. UGH
