I'd like to hear from any of Dr. Fallang's self pay patients or any self pay people

I recieved my paper with the costs of surgery from Dr. Fallang - 5,500.00 for surgeon and 3732.00 Hospital if they have to remove my gallbladder. I know I'll have to pay the surgeon fees up front - but will I have to pay the hospital fee up front?
