Question:
I took psh eval today. how do they score them?

I suppose every dr. is different, but for me I had to take the MMPI-2 and have a 1 hour consultation with the psychologist. He considered both the results of the MMPI and my answers (I was 100% honest, by the way) and made a decision based on that. The psych eval should ONLY be to determine if you are capable of making an informed decision about this surgery. It shouldn't decide if you are a candidate or not. Anyway, don't be afraid to ask the psychologist what his/her basis is for judgment. If you've already seen him/her, don't be afraid to call again. A good psychologist will answer openly. Good luck!
