I can't find any instructions to give my angel for providing updates to this site.

My surgery is scheduled for Thursday and I have an angel! However, I can't figure out the technical aspects of how she is to post updates on my condition to the site. I don't see the instructions anywhere. Can someone help?    — Lorri S. (posted on August 19, 2000)

My family doctor suggests that I should have gastric bypass because of my high blood pressure, severe artitis in my back and legs, high lipids. I only have a bmi of 38.9 but I have contacted medicare and they have already reviewed and approved.
