Question:
Has anyone been able to get United Healthcare of Ohio to cover their surgery?

I have applied and been denied. Appealed and been denied, and now I have to go to a hearing on June 29, 2000. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to get this covered?    — Brenda S. (posted on June 28, 2000)
