Question:
Does anyone have copies of a 2nd appeals letters?

My insurance company has denied my appeal, but stated I can go to a 2nd level appeal. Can anyone tell me where I could find these types of letters to get some ideas for my letter? I thought my first letter was pretty thorough, but apparently not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!    — jeannieree (posted on May 17, 2000)

In my case the second level of appeal was just upholding the denial. I was told I would be able to be there by conferrence call, so I stayed home and waited 2 hours.Finally I called them and was told it was just a formality. DEMAND TO BE PRESENT TO PRESENT YOUR CASE.
