Question:
Has anyone had an approval with BCBS of AL since the Oct,15 to Nov. 29 freeze?

THey enforced these new guidelines and I want to know how strict are they adhering to the 6 months doctor supervised diet. I have gone to the doctor every two- three months for 20 months.
