Question:
A few questions about Juice Plus

I know that Juice plus has been discussed previously and I have read those posts but..... Has anyone taken Juice plus and is off all other vitamin and mineral supplementation? Have your lab levels stayed the same or gotten better as a result in taking Juice Plus. Has anyone tried other related products and found same results? I've only been on Juice Plus for 30 days but I swear I feel better and have more energy. I started Juice Plus a week before I had a complete lower body lift which really takes a lot out of you physically. I'm healing ahead of schedule and got my energy back almost instantly. I hope others who have been on Juice Plus for longer will respond. I'm one who follows the rules and my lab work has always been great and I get more protein than I need daily. That said, the excellent recovery from my lower body lift could have been attributed to that but I definitely detect more energy. Hope this helps and hasn't muddied the waters! I started taking Juice Plus before surgery and continued on the chewables after surgery. I am now 3 years post-op and my labs are excellent, in fact, my doctor often states "you must eat a lot of veggies". The ONLY thing with my labs is my B-12, which I take sublingual or shots for, but my B-12 was low even before surgery, even tho I was never informed (I since saw old lab reports showing it was low all along.) Hope this information helps anyone interested in Juice Plus. It is by far the best supplement on the market today. Mainly because it come from WHOLE FOODS and it not synthetic like the vitamins we buy from vitamin stores or the supermarket. Worth the investment... TOTALLY! Who's health isn't worth that kind of investment?

To answer my own question. I did lots of research and found that Nature's Way Alive multi vitamins are equal to Juice Plus and much cheaper. It is made from whole foods also. I have been on it 8 months now and my levels are at their best. So my advice is to save your money.
