Question:
Post Ops: Is it possible to get a revision from a LAP RNY
and have it done over again? I realize it's probably still too early, but how do you know when you'll need a revision? My "window of opportunity" has not closed yet (even though it seems like it). I still have about 9-12 or more months yet, but is it possible to get a revision on a LAP RNY and have it done over again? Please don't jump on me, I'm only asking at this point because I have other issues to deal with right now. I just wanted to know. Thanks for your input. If your surgery is not intact, it would be possible to get a revision. If
you just want help losing the last 20 - 40 pounds, then no.

To have a revision, at least with my surgeon, you have to still have at
least 100 lbs to lose and be at least two years out from your first rny.
Does this help?? Hugs!
