Hi Mark. You didn't elaborate what you do for work, whether it be a desk
job, or even a construction/outdoor type job. Or maybe you're having a
hard time finding the time to eat? Don't know if you're possibly having a
hard time having access to a refrigerator and/or a microwave, so I'll
answer the question as best I can.
If you have a job that you don't have access to refrigeration, I would
recommend a small cooler. High protein lunches can consist of a couple of
slices of cheese and/or low fat lunchmeat. You can also purchase protein
bars at GNC. However, BJ's Club and Sam's Club have Carb Solutions bars,
same as GNC, but for much less (less than $16 per box of 12, GNC's price, I
hear, is about $3.00/bar. BIG savings!). You can bring a shake, nuts,
etc. There's lots of ways to get your protein in while you work!
