Question:
I am now 6 months out and all of a sudden not hungry? any one else?

I read the library and could find no other questions like this...I am 6 months post op and all of a sudden these last few days nothing sounds good...eating just sounds gross out of nowwhere..I love to eat and have even since surgery..obviously not as much...but the last few days everytime I look in the fridge I just go...blah!!!..I am not looking for an answer because I am sure I am fine..just wondering if anyone else went thru this change this far out?    — Jessica L. I am like that sometimes. One day I don't eat but maybe one meal and the next I find myself munching all day long. I did not even feel hungry until my 5th month or so and now im into the darn cravings again, I liked it better when I stayed not hungry. Good luck!

OK, i don't mean to scare u in any way, but it wouldn't hurt to do a pregnancy test. My sister (who LOVES to eat) got the "blahs" when thinking of food or opening a fridge....turned out to be pregnant. Again, it won't hurt to check, will it? And if it turns out to be -ve, then u know that its something temporary d/t the dynamics of ur operation. Best of Luck.

You are not alone (and isn't that why we all check into this website). I am 9 mos out (-124#) and I go thru phases where I think I could eat anything and then go for days where I have to force myself to eat.

That's kind of funny, most of us get the "force yourself to eat" thing before 6 months, then afterwards want to eat again. It's normal to get in spurts of this. Just make sure you continue eating all your protein, even if you don't want to! Goodluck to you :-)
