anyone who has BS/PPO or BS Premier blue ever approved for PS.

I have a consult for PS on Feb 11th and have BS/PPO And BS premier blue. Has anyone had this insurance and been approved for PS. I have a large Panni that needs to be removed and would like a Breast lift as well. Kris    — kris B. (posted on January 20, 2003)
