Does anyone know baout CARITEN PPO?

I live in East TENNESSEE. I am driving myself crazy wondering if my insurance pays for this. I don't want to get myself all excited and then get a let down when Cariten will not approve it. I haven't found anyone who had had experience with thie company. If any of you out there know anything about it, please let me know!! Thanks so much.
